Saffron Stables is a boutique horse stud based in Arcadia NSW, breeding international quality dressage horses. The Saffron breeding program uses world leading German Stallions combined with imported German and APH Mares to produce a new generation of dressage stars. Escape the city and have a holiday with your horse! The Saffron cottage is available for short term rental.
